How do I boost my ad to be closer to the top of the listings?

Due to a new law in the U.S we stopped accepting any types of upgrades or payments from U.S users for U.S. listings.

Can I boost it to the top for free then?

Profiles are randomised daily and customised to the individual user and quality factors for each search (make sure you answer or ignore questions, add video and get reviews for the best results). We do this to provide the best possible experience for users and ensure that all advertisers in a single category receive a similar amount of exposure to users.
