does phone requests mean someone wants you to call them? i have messages received but i don't know how to see them

I have logged on and viewed the ads so I can see my competitors and also check where I am in the listings and for the last 4 days I've looked and I'm always 5 or 6 pages back in the listings, which brings me to my first question I asked a few weeks back and never received any feedback, that was helpful anyways. If me and all my competitors are all operating on the free accounts cause upgrades are not available to us… Then what is the process for moving your ad up in the listings ,obviously I'm feeling some type of way cause one day I look and I'm on the same page as other girls I know and then I look the next few days and those girls have gone to the beginning but yet I'm still 5 or 6 pages back, definitely not equally advertising between us….. I've already read the whole help for providers section, twice now and it doesn't answer my questions so please don't refer me there, like you have done for every other question or concern that has been posted here. Please advise why I'm being targeted or shoved to the back

Like I mentioned above i did visit the help for advertisers section and I still am 🤔 unsure of the answer to my questions, which is why I stated please dont send me to that section because it's not very helpful

Profiles are randomised daily and customised to the individual user and quality factors for each search (make sure you answer or ignore questions, add video and get reviews for the best results). We do this to provide the best possible experience for users and ensure that all advertisers in a single category receive a similar amount of exposure to users.

I can see there are 7 calls, but I can't see who called me and didn't received one, but i can see my messages. Pls help.
