is constantly popping up every time you change pages ..is there any ned for that .It's very annnoying and unnecessary

It now seems to have stopped appearing and I have done nothing other than register /!!!

Seems that I spoke to soon ..The problem is back even with deleting all cookies but I got to sign in last night after resetting my password …it wouldn't let me sign in again today even though my login details were correct so I changed my password again and it let me in but will it do so the next time ?? Bit of a pain …I have no problems with any other sites
