I offered a review on a provider–it was one star because of bait and switch (not the girl in the pic). The provider responded to the review and strongly suggests I was a fake reviewer. I provided her with our text exchange for proof. Perhaps it was someone else using her pic/bio?? I'd like to find a way to resolve as I do not want to cause her to lose work if she's legitimate.
