Hi thanks for your question. This is a common point of confusion but nothing to worry about. Hotels define guests as people that check in formally and stay at the hotel as registered guests. Mojst standard rooms (double or two single beds) have a 2 guest capacity. The girls and anyone else that visits a guest in room is simply a visitor. There are generally no set rules on the number or visitors you can have, as long as its reasonable. Universal requirement for all hotels is Thai visitors should leave their Thai ID with front desk when visiting, to collect on way out. In over 10 years we never had an issue with any hotel visiting with 2 or 3 girls and milking table. Not once.
